Working in the IT market for more than a decade, I've come to understand that the key to success is the genuine desire to create something meaningful, something that will serve a greater purpose. To this day, I follow this belief in everything I do.
Before starting my own company, I worked for quite a long time in lead developer and project management positions in the largest Ukrainian holdings, including Fozzy Group (Ukraine's biggest retail company) and Alba Ukraine (in 2010, ranked as the 2nd largest pharmaceutical importer and distributor in the country).
There, I gained significant experience working with large amounts of data and building complex service-oriented architectures for distributed systems.
At the same time, I knew I wanted to engage in the project creation process at a deeper level. After about five years of full-time commitment as a lead SOA programmer, I shifted towards providing software development services as a private contractor and consultant.
I worked with numerous HRTech and Healthcare startups from California, and, during that time, witnessed a strong demand for dependable outsourcing development services — those that wouldn’t burn a hole in clients’ pockets in order to deliver a quality product.
As such, in 2016 I founded WTT-Solutions — a full cycle software development company with a goal of creating complex technological products for the clients. My idea was not only to make technically superior products, but to make them look innovative as well.
To be able to deliver high-performing and visually-appealing solutions, I've partnered with a professional UX/UI designer Max Yakovlev who, to this day, is effectively developing this direction of operations in our company.
We work relentlessly to provide our clients with cost-effective software development services. At WTT-Solutions, we help to develop and scale new startups from the ground up, and scale software architecture as the client's business grows. Oftentimes, we are approached to also redo sloppy work done by other service providers, or to implement a project within a given budget.
Trustworthy customer service, coupled with a deep expertise in the field, is what helps us grow. The company that once employed only a few people has now developed into a multinational IT team whose project's geography spreads over three continents and a couple dozen countries. Many of our clients come from the US, UK, and Germany, in particular.
As for me personally, I’m now focused on the strategic development of WTT-Solutions, boosting marketing and assisting in the creation of architectures for complex products.
