The vision
The vision of the project was to create a multifunctional application from scratch for users to participate in events and concerts seamlessly. The app would allow users to register, verify their identity through documents and selfies, purchase event tickets, engage in mini-chats, vote for favorite artists, and receive bonuses through a referral program. Additionally, an admin web console would be developed to manage users and events efficiently.
The challenge
Ensuring a high level of security during user verification, particularly through integration with Shufti Pro for document scanning and selfie verification.
Developing a complex referral bonus system that tracks and rewards users at multiple hierarchy levels.
Coordinating work across several teams, including frontend, backend, testing, and design, while maintaining a consistent and cohesive product.
Handling user data privacy and security, especially given the sensitive nature of identity verification processes and personal information.
